Professor Jason Corso

Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Michigan 

• Researches machine learning and computer vision — the designing of machines that perform real-world visual tasks such as autonomous navigation, visual surveillance, or content-based image and video indexing.

• Focuses on problems in video understanding such as video segmentation, activity recognition, and video-to-text.

• Has received multiple awards including the NSF CAREER award (2009), ARO Young Investigator award (2010), Google Faculty Research award (2015).
